What’s Included

  • Day-of Wedding Coordination – Booking, coordination, and managed timeline on the day of your wedding 

  • Private Access to Nutridge Estate (Standard time: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM)

  • Booking Included extended hours to start at 2:00pm for Ceremony and Ends at 9pm - additional hour extra fee

  • Authentic Luau Entertainment – Emcees, dancers, cultural presentations, and interactive experiences

  • Luau Buffet Dinner – Featuring traditional Hawaiian dishes 

  • Cultural Activities – Makahiki games, hula lesson, storytelling, and more

  • Luau Linens & Utensils – Disposable plate setting for dinner service

  • Setup, Breakdown, and Cleanup – Stress-free event execution

  • Fully Scripted Show Timeline – Seamlessly choreographed from arrival to final dance

  • 2:00 PM – Couple, Family, Guest Arrival Begins & Welcome Cocktail
     ▪ Staff onsite to direct parking and welcome guests

  • 2:30 PM – Ceremony Begins
     ▪ Set in the lush forest location at Nutridge for a truly intimate, scenic “I do” moment

  • 3:00 PM – Luau Experience Begins
     ▪ Welcome chant, cultural introductions, and welcome drinks

  • 4:00 PM – Live Demonstrations & Guest Activities
     ▪  Hula Lesson (Optional)

  • 5:00 PM – Reception Welcome Entrace
     ▪  Couple Dance & Toast

  • 6:20 PM – Dinner Blessing & Emcee Introduction
     ▪ Emcee highlights the menu and invites guests to dine

  • 6:30 PM – Buffet Dinner Service Begins
     ▪ Guests are excused by table

  • 7:00 PM – Pre-Show Entertainment

  • 7:15–7:20 PM – Main Luau Show
     ▪ Traditional dance, music, and storytelling

  • 8:00 PM – Open timeline for your celebration
     ▪ Add DJ for party time or bring speakers and playlist

  • 8:45 PM – Last Call at the Bar

  • 8:55 PM – Farewell Begins

  • 9:00 PMPau Hana (Event Ends)

Optional Upgrades

  • Photography Coverage – Capture your entire day with professional images

  • DJ or Live Music – Add custom playlists or live island sounds

  • Transportation – $22 per guest, pickup in Waikiki

  • Hosted Bar Packages – Enhanced selections or craft cocktails

  • Rehearsal - fee extra hour 

Add additional celebration time before 4:00 PM for $500/hour. (Access available as early as 9:am)

The cost is fixed as this is a venue buy-out rate, regardless of whether you have 70 guests or fewer.
