Includes 

  • 2 Months Engagement weekly planning prior to wedding

  • (1) Planner (1) Coordinator onsite 

  • Run Rehearsal

  • Create Floor Plans & Event Timeline

  • Review Vendor Contracts & Confirm Details 

  • Check Rental & Catering Counts and Transportation Logistics.

  • Coordinate with Venue Staff and vendors throughout the event.

  • Gather Bridal Party & Family in preparation of ceremony

  • Ensure Vendors Complete Tasks and help with gift and decor pickup.

  • Act as the “Go-To” Contact for everyone involved.

  • Oversee Vendor Cleanup (assist in cleanup if hired as add-on for a fee).

  • DIY set-up and take down add on for a fee

  • Project Checklist: A to-do list with all tasks outlined to keep everything on track.

  • Floor Plans & Event Timeline: Creation and distribution of detailed floor plans and event timeline to all vendors.
