This full-service package is perfect for couples looking for an all-inclusive planning experience with professional guidance from start to finish. The package ensures that every detail of the wedding is covered, from initial planning to day-of coordination. Unlimited Planning and Coordination - Time of Engagements: Your planner will work with you from the moment the contract is signed until the wedding day. - 1 Wedding Planner & 1 Coordinator Onsite: A dedicated planner and onsite coordinator will ensure everything runs smoothly on the big day. - Initial Free Consultation: Discuss your wedding vision and goals during an initial meeting. - Personalized Planning Checklist: Receive a customized checklist to guide you through every detail. - Unlimited Follow-Up Consultations: You will have unlimited contact with your planner via email, text, or voice calls. Event Planning Details - Event Timeline, Floorplan, and Seating Plan Creation: Detailed assistance with creating your timeline, floorplan, and seating arrangements to ensure every aspect is meticulously organized. Wedding Rehearsal and Venue Walkthrough - 1-Hour Wedding Rehearsal: Rehearse the ceremony for a smooth flow. - 1-Hour Venue Walkthrough: Finalize details with a full walkthrough of the venue. Vendor Coordination and Management - Preferred Vendor Referral List: Access to a trusted list of vendors. - Point of Contact for Vendors: Your planner will communicate directly with your vendors from day one. - Review of Vendor Contracts & Management: Full oversight of all vendor contracts, communications, and payments. Vendor Booking, Budget, and Rentals - Vendor Booking: Assistance in booking all necessary vendors. - Budget Management: Help with managing and tracking your budget. - Rental Advice: Guidance on rental items (tables, chairs, decor). Setup and Cleanup - DIY Decor Setup/Breakdown: Support for setup and teardown of any DIY decorations. - Table/Chair Setup & Event Clean-Up: Full coordination of table and chair arrangements and post-event clean-up. Design Package - Design Package: A full design service is included to help bring your wedding vision to life. This package is perfect for busy couples who needs someone on the ground for you to execute and provide a dedicated planner who will plan, run and ensure your wedding is flawlessly executed.
Cancellation Policy
[Retainer]A 1/3 retainer or full payment and a signed contract are required before any services. If booked within 3 months of the event, full payment is required. [Contracted Services]Includes all services in the selected package. Additional services requested will be billed at cost. Services cannot be deducted but can be added. [Meal for Vendor]Client will provide food for the wedding planner, coordinator, and other vendors (e.g., photographer, DJ) at the reception. [Attire]Vendor associates will wear proper attire (blue or black) on the event day.[Vendor Management] A Lead Associate from Vendor will manage their day-of activities with supervision from SBW. SBW will perform set up and breakdown only if hired as additional services as stated in the accepted and paid proposal. [Destination Weddings]For events over 125 miles from the studio, additional fees apply for travel (airfare, hotel for 2-3 nights, car rentals). Travel arrangements can be made by Client or Vendor with payment invoiced. [Liability] Vendor is liable only for their services. They are not responsible for other vendors’ actions or consequential damages. [Photography and Videography]Client permits Vendor to use all photos and videos taken during the event for SBW website, social media, and marketing. [Cancellation Policy] No fees are refunded if canceled. If canceled within 6 months, a second payment is due. Postponed events can apply services to a new date. [Postponement Policy] If postponed, services cease until a new date is set. Payment will be adjusted, with a second payment due to resume services. If postponed for longer than 12 months, deposit is forfeited as payment for service rendered and event is cancelled, no refund. [Responsibility] Vendor is not responsible for delays due to Acts of God, government actions, or unforeseen circumstances. A replacement will be provided at no extra cost if needed. [Overtime]Unplanned services performed during the event will be billed at $130 per hour with prior consent. [Item purchased on behalf of Cline Costs] will be billed at cost plus $25 service fee. [Damage or Loss] Client is responsible for loss or damage to Vendor’s property, including replacement costs.[Attorney Fees]In legal disputes, the prevailing party is entitled to reasonable attorney fees.[Conduct] Client must provide a safe working environment. [Agreement]By signing, parties agree to these terms. Changes must be written and approved. Payment signifies acceptance.
