  • Logistics Management: Verify rental and catering counts, plus manage transportation flow.

  • Venue & Vendor Coordination: Communicate with venue staff and all vendors throughout the event.

  • Support & Assistance: Help with gift table, décor handling, and end-of-night details.

  • Optional Add-On: DIY décor setup and breakdown available for an additional fee.

What is required to save my date? To officially book SB Wedding, we only require a $500 deposit. This deposit secures your date on our calendar and covers the initial administrative hours taken to kick off your planning process and set up your profile.

When is the final balance due? The remaining balance is due three months before your wedding date. Since our intensive one-onone coordination and management phase begins 60 days (2 months) before the wedding, we ensure all administrative and financial details are settled beforehand so we can focus entirely on your logistics.
